Perhaps you've come to the end of one phase of your career and you're looking to begin another, perhaps you have experienced some disappointments in your search that you feel could be put down to 'ageism'. But you're fit, willing and able to work. Age diversity
Agewise is an anti-ageist organisation. That means that while most people who register with us are in their 40s and 50s, we welcome all ages, and have placed candidates who are over 60. We believe a mixed-age work environment functions best and that everyone has something to contribute, however old, or young, they are. How it works
This website is underpinned by the latest technology, which means that every time a new job comes in, your talents are instantly matched against it, and if you have what is needed your name will go to the selection list. And if you are chosen for interview, there will be a further briefing, before you go forward.

Once you've registered you can use the unique CV-maker: you choose the content and design; you can use it to tailor your experience to what is required by each job; and you can create and print off as many CVs as you want. Registered Candidates can go straight to the CV-Maker.

Privacy Policy
This is a safe site. No-one, not even keen employers, will be allowed to browse your details. No-one will know who you are or any of your personal contact details. No-one will be sent your CV unless you give express permission. (We contact you before every prospective job to ask if you want to be put forward). See our Privacy Policy.

What you have to do
After you've registered, we need to be able to stay in touch, so that we can respond instantly to employers. So for the best chance of a temporary or permanent placement:

  • Check your email regularly - at least once a day.
  • Check your phone or mobile for messages
  • Give us any change of address, email or phone no.
  • Let us know if you've done a course, done some work, got new qualifications that should be added to your CV
  • Tell us when you're going away, or on another assignment

Hot jobs
Some jobs - especially those that need filling quickly - will be put on the site as 'Hot Jobs'. If you believe your experience would fit you for that position, by all means apply for that job online. Bear in mind that your particulars will already have been automatically matched with the job unless, for instance, the job is outside the geographical area or salary range you've asked us to look for - but please apply anyway if the position interests you.
