Agewise Recruitment Privacy Statement
Agewise Recruitment is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and
complies with its requirements. Data is held on both candidates and clients to
enable us to carry out recruitment, training and consultancy business. No
personally identifiable information will be disclosed to a third party without
prior consent. For instance, candidates will be asked permission before their
CV is submitted to an employer. Agewise is committed to respecting the privacy
of both its candidates and clients.
Candidates
You supply information about your employment history, skills, work preferences,
references and contact details to enable Agewise to identify suitable job and
training opportunities for you. We will not disclose this, or any other
identifiable information you may supply, to an employer (or anyone else)
without your consent. Employers are not able to access our database directly
and will only see your CV if you agree that you want it to be submitted to
them.
You should contact us if your circumstances change so we can update your
information, for instance if you move, undertake extra training, or have a new
job. It is your responsibility to make sure that the data relating to you is
accurate and current.
Clients
Agewise will hold the data that you supply about your company, personnel and
location, and other relevant information. This data will not be publicly
available. We circulate the jobs that you place with us to suitably qualified
candidates but we will not pass on your contact details except to candidates
whom you have selected for interview. You are responsible for ensuring that the
information you supply to Agewise is accurate and up-to-date.
Removing data
Please write to us if you want us to remove your details from our database. We
will confirm in writing that this has been done.
Disclaimer
Agewise cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by
either candidates or clients.
We will do our best to communicate quickly with you but Agewise is not
responsible if there are delays through technical difficulties that affect the
website. We can always be contacted by telephone or mail. Data that is
transmitted via the Internet is done so at the sender's risk.
Changes to our privacy policy
Agewise Recruitment reserves the right to change this privacy policy. Any
variations will be notified here immediately
